- Prepare and submit required documentation for company formation and licensing
- Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely processing
- Provide ongoing support to clients for post-incorporation activities and compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai mainland company set-up and formation
- Proven track record with a roster of repeat clients from the upper market bracket
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai laws, regulations, and procedures related to pre-license and post-license activities and documentation
- Keen observational skills to assess potential clients' needs and requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities to convince even the most skeptical clients
- Charismatic personality with a talent for building strong client relationships
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Arabic is a plus
