Job Description:
- Daily operations tasks updates on CSAM & issue Purchase orders.
- Coordinate and administrate operational duties and logistics support
- Ensure staff safety, adhere to risk assessments and good practices, report incidents promptly, and comply with OEG Offshore HSE policies.
- Understand and follow ISO 9001 management system and OEG Offshore Quality Policy; adhere to recycling standards, reduce energy use, report spills, and comply with COSHH assessments and PPE requirements.
- Update databases, manage rental data, liaise between office and workshop, issue purchase orders, generate reports, oversee operations and logistics, and handle shipping documents; responsibilities may evolve as needed.

- Must have a strong understanding of the step-by-step processes involved in shipping hire/lease.
- Proficiency in Mathematics is required
