Operations Administrator

Job Description:

  • Daily operations tasks updates on CSAM & issue Purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and administrate operational duties and logistics support
  • Ensure staff safety, adhere to risk assessments and good practices, report incidents promptly, and comply with OEG Offshore HSE policies.
  • Understand and follow ISO 9001 management system and OEG Offshore Quality Policy; adhere to recycling standards, reduce energy use, report spills, and comply with COSHH assessments and PPE requirements.
  • Update databases, manage rental data, liaise between office and workshop, issue purchase orders, generate reports, oversee operations and logistics, and handle shipping documents; responsibilities may evolve as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian, Arabic, & CIS Nationalities
  • 35 years old and below
  • Must be a College Graduate
  • At least 2 years in the similar role preferably from Logistics, Shipping or Offshore companies.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the step-by-step processes involved in shipping hire/lease.
  • Proficiency in Mathematics is required
