We are seeking a skilled Network and Infrastructure Engineer responsible for executing server and network infrastructure installation, deployment, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting services to ensure optimal performance of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute installation, deployment, and maintenance of server and network infrastructure.
• Deploy and administer network access control lists, firewall rule sets, VPNs, and NACs.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic planning for internet, intranet, website, user application systems, and system software/hardware.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather user requirements and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure optimal network infrastructure performance is consistently maintained.
• Engage in troubleshooting and swift problem resolution.
• Prepare detailed system documentation and generate comprehensive reports.
• Be available for on-call support during incidents, provide on-site assistance during critical situations, and fulfill shift duties as required.
• Plan, design, and implement local and wide-area network solutions across multiple platforms and protocols.
• Conduct fiber optic or wireless detailed network design for middle mile and last mile networks.
• Perform project planning, cost analysis, and vendor comparisons.
• Assist management in determining needs for new installations and redesigns.
• Work in conjunction with professional services and outsourcing functions as needed.
• Collaborate with all staff members and stakeholders in the development and use of proper procedures to support all layers of infrastructure.
• Assist the security team in vulnerability remediation and participate in cyber initiatives.
• 7 years of experience in the UAE and specializing in Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Aruba

Skills

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations in an enterprise environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in the IT field or a related area of study.

Trainings or Certifications:

• Technical Certifications a plus (Microsoft / Cisco / CompTIA).

Key Skill Sets:

• Experience in cloud technology such as Azure, AWS, and O365.
• Strong Active Directory & Azure AD engineering and management background.
