Position: Female Quantity Surveyor/Admin
Location: Al Qouz, Dubai, UAE

Job Description
- Ability to read civil drawings, take-off door quantities, estimates, and quotations
- Assist and support your Seniors with regard to Project data, Customer data, Salesman and Estimators data, and other related requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- In accordance with ISO Quality Standard requirements, record all details and correspond with the Customers with regard to the projects you are estimating or other related activities.
- Scanning and making copies of important documents and filing them in a professional and systematic manner.
- Maintaining databases, operating office equipment, and managing office space.
- Executing and maintaining office systems. File and retrieve documents, records and reports.
- Liaising with the Company’s customers and staff regarding official matters.
- Keep all company’s information + details strictly confidential and not enter into any activity which would harm the interests of your employer/ Company.
- Vat submission and data entry
- Filing and office maintenance
Requirements:
Gender : Female
Visa: Spouse /Family visa (preferred)
Education : Civil Engineer*
Previous experience : as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Admin preferred
