Full job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent at Galaxy Sky travel and tourism. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, including making travel reservations, arranging transportation and accommodations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting and selling travel packages. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements and tailor travel arrangements to suit their needs.

Title: Sales Person - Travel & Tourism

We are looking for an experienced sales person to join our team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for the travel industry.

Skills

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the travel and tourism industry
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, and other tourism services
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• At least 2 years of experience in sales in the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
