Responsibilities

• The Pet Care Specialist is responsible for caring for the pets with compassion
• Willing to pick up and drop off pets as needed for the delivery. (around UAE, Abudhabi and dubai mainly)
• Pet Care Specialists can provide various types of care to animals including feeding, monitoring, exercising, training, etc
• Work with dogs and cats and other animals daily!
• Caring for pets, including performing playtime activities
• Providing pets' meals, fresh water, and appropriate bedding (if requested by supervisor)
• Monitoring pet activities and behaviors
• Cleaning pet villas, suites, and outdoor runs. (cleaning after the pet)
• Bathing and brushing dogs and cats
• Interacting with clients checking-in and picking up pets
• Other duties as assigned

·      Provide superior customer service in all situations

·      Greeting and interacting with customers by phone, email, and in-person

·      Create and manage customer reservations

Qualifications

·      Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals

• Have a valid UAE driving license and above the age of 18 years old

·      Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

·      Ability to multi-task

·      Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily

·      Able to clean pets as necessary

·      Capable of lifting up to 20 kilos

·      Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours

·      Operate basic phone software

·      Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holiday
