About this role
The activities for this role will be assisting in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening and formatting CVs, arranging interviews and working closely with consultants and candidates. The recruitment assistant will support the HR team with various administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, scanning and filing documents, arranging travel plans, and updating organizational charts. They will conduct regular file audits to ensure that all records are maintained and compliant.
About you
The ideal candidate should be someone that is currently studying or has a bachelors or masters’ degree in HR, Business Administration or similar. The successful candidate will have experience working within a busy office environment as well as strong organisational skills, a structured style of working, good analytical skills, a strong knowledge of MS Office as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
