About the Client:

A supplier and distributor of pipes, tubes, fittings and other piping components

Job Description:

• Contact and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, container shipping lines representatives, shipowner agents, surveyors in the ports of loading and discharge.
• Responsible for issuance of packing lists, supporting with other shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, stuffing reports, surveyors reports etc.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to the company’s staff and to clients
• Prepare appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
• Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Open to Russian speakers
• 40 years old and below
• Must have in-depth experience in dealing with marine shipments of industrial commodities
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role preferably from manufacturing industry
• Immediate joiners are highly prioritized
