Procurement Manager

The Manager of Procurement will oversee the procurement functions and strategic planning related to Direct Materials (including food ingredients and packaging) and externally manufactured products (private label).

This role involves guiding the procurement team through the source-to-pay process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of supply chain management. Responsibilities include enforcing compliance with procurement policies, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes to align with organizational goals.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.


Required Experience:


  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role overseeing buyers in the procurement of Direct Materials (food ingredients, packaging, or private label) within FMCG, retail, or trading companies.
  • Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in managing Source-to-Pay (STP) processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of food ingredients, packaging materials, or external manufacturers.
  • Experience with international procurement and understanding of Incoterms and import/export regulations.
  • Experience working with multiple legal entities.
