We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, OKTA, Office 365, and other cloud solutions.
• Providing Level III support for email and messaging systems.
• Administering Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect, ADFS, DHCP, and internal DNS services.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with security, governance, and business continuity requirements.
• Installing and configuring operating systems, software, and documenting support procedures.
• Troubleshooting system issues and conducting root-cause analysis.
• Providing on-call support and assisting with vendor coordination.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations
• Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are preferred
• Strong experience in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, O365)
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
• Proven track record of managing Windows and Linux systems
• Strong understanding of network connectivity and IT architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
