O'Neill and Brennan are working with a leading Real Estate Developer to recruit a Procurement/Supply Chain Director to be based in Dubai.

The business focuses on high-end residential schemes and operates internationally.

As Head/Director of Procurement & Supply chain you will be responsible for;

• Leading the procurement projects and teams
• following regulations and compliance
• align the plan with the goals of the company
• ensure the delivery of products and services
• manage supplier relationships
• implementing change and technology/processes into the business

The ideal candidate will have circa 20 years experience within the procurement/supply chain department with a Tier 1 contractor or developer. Candidates must have experience within construction either from a principle contractor or subcontractor and will be currently leading a business unit in a head/director level role currently. A construction related degree would be beneficial.

The business will also assist with relocation for candidates currently based outside of the UAE.
