Skills
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Basic understanding and hands-on experience with networking concepts and
computer systems
• Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification(s) related to networking or technical support.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
