Procurement Planning: 

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Forecast Material and steel requirements based on project specifications and liaise with project managers and engineers to determine needs.

    Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

    Price Negotiation:

• Conduct market analysis to stay informed of price trends and industry developments.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Logistics Coordination and Site Support :

• Oversee the logistics of steel transportation, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
• Tracking and logging site requirements and material delivery Status and schedules and pending delivery

Management and Documentation and Reporting:

• Monitor and manage inventory
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance.

Skills

• UAE experience (3+ years in Structural Steel Fabrication and construction Procurement
• Education requirement: Diploma /bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain management
