Job Description:
- Develop a comprehensive sales target plan and strategy, motivating sales staff to enhance customer service, increase efficiency, and achieve sales quotas.
- Lead daily sales meetings to track key orders until delivery to our store, providing instructions, and conducts weekly product training sessions with the sales team.
- Act as the central point of contact between accounts, stores, sales coordinators, and the sales team.
- Attend meetings with the sales team to ensure deals are closed effectively and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Handle complex inquiries and resolve customer complaints beyond the scope of other sales staff, coordinate payment and collection with the sales team, evaluate individual sales team capacities, and organizes daily time management plans for each salesman.
