Sleeping Plaza Store is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Store Salespeople to join our team in Dubai. We are seeking both male and female candidates who have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the store, providing them with product information and recommendations.

- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products.

- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

- Monitor and report on slow-moving items, suggesting new ideas to management to boost sales.

- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Make offers and utilize cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

- Update daily sales and customer interaction data in the CRM system.

- Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions.

Skills

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in retail sales, preferably in the mattress or home furnishings industry.

- Sales Skills: Strong ability to close sales and handle customer objections.

- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage store operations and maintain a tidy and organized sales floor.

Preferred Nationalities:

- Lebanese (Male & Female)

Language Skills:

- Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
