  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products and solutions, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, outlining the technical specifications, benefits, and pricing of our solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.


Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or a related role.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Electronic Manufacturing Business

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs.

Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
