Experience in Dubai Real Estate market is required (minimum 6 months+)


We are actively seeking Real Estate Agents Secondary Sales to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team at Palladium Realty.

Job Summary:

A real estate agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, helping clients navigate the complex real estate market and achieve their property-related goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Property Listings: Create and maintain listings of available properties, including detailed descriptions, photographs, and pricing information.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate purchase or rental agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including online listings, open houses, and advertising campaigns.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process to build trust and rapport with clients.


Skills

● Willing to work on only commission structure

● Previous experience of minimum 6 months

● Secondary market experience is a plus

● Driving license preferred

● Basic knowledge of the overall market

● A specific area expert is a plus

● Should be willing to make cold calls if and when required

● Willingness to learn with a good grasping power

● Personal and direct stock is a plus
