Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining an effective document control system, prepare and submit the project document control procedure/communication plan and document numbering ect.
  • Handling and Controlling of all project documents as per procedure 
  • Receiving, checking, distributing, dispatching, filing and controlling of all the Technical documents between Company, Contractors, vendors and subcontractors
  • Maintain updated Master submittal/incoming log, monitor the schedule and status
  • Provide weekly status of documentation summary report to the project team
  • Attending weekly meetings with vendors/subcontractors and apprising them of the document status and it’s follow up
  • Updating of Issued for Construction Engineering drawings, Isometric and PID drawings in the common server as well as upkeep of Master hard copy folder
  • Overseeing of updating and archiving of MRBs (Manufacturing Record Books)
  • Coordinating with all vendors/Subcontractors for the preparation and submission of As-Built dossiers as per Company requirements
  • Supporting the team and troubleshooting of problems faced by document control 


Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in document controller&reporting fuctions preferably in Oil & Gas industry
  • Be good at MS office-Word Excel Foxmail Power point 
  • Familiar with EDMS (Electronic document management system)and databases handling experience such as Wrench, Aconex or equivalent
  • Familiar with ADNOC ONSHORE Code and Well Digitalization projects is an advantage
  • Better communication skills, flexible attitude to push the problems solved
  • Strong organization skills and anti-pressure ability in a variety of situation to achieve deadlines
