Lead a team of strategy professionals and external advisors, overseeing the development of data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.Create robust frameworks for strategic analyses, including market trend assessments and opportunity evaluation.Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to identify and implement optimal solutions to strategic challenges.Communicate strategic insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and stakeholders.Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and ethical conduct within the strategy team, promoting professional growth and alignment with organisational values.


Profile
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related field with a focus on strategic management.7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or commercial finance with 3+ years of leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute strategic plans, analyse market trends, and make informed decisions.Deep understanding of financial analysis, modelling, and deal structuring.Ability to guide the organisation through strategic transitions and ensure a smooth transition process.
