You will work end to end from insight to brand strategy, growth plans, white space innovation right through to working with shopper and customer marketing teams. Main responsibilities:


Portfolio Leadership: Creates a long-term growth strategy, identifies the strategic building blocks and devises the plans to deliver against them. Ignites and inspires an organization to make it happen.


Brand Strategy: identifying priorities, portfolio strategy including definition of the brand positioning, development of the full marketing mix, consumer touchpoints, media mix, based on in-depth consumer and market understanding.


Marketing Excellence: Responsible for developing, deploying, and monitoring campaign performance. Will be working closely with insight, creative, media and activation agencies to ensure world class execution and roll-out of plans in the markets.


Market Analysis: He/She constantly tracks market and competition trends/performance drivers, consumer and shopper behavior. He/She works closely with CSU and other relevant functions (e.g. Quality) to generate and circulate reports on Brand performance (sell-out data, freshness, pricing, stock levels, market share, etc.) and on consumer behavior.


Activation: He/She proposes, develops and rolls out consumer activations and sponsorship activities, in accordance with the target positioning and in coherence with Brand Equity.


Packaging: He/She manages the implementation of new packaging, seasonal, promotional or any in & out packaging directly dealing with relevant central stakeholders and/or external agencies.

Budget Management: He/She manages the Marketing budget. He/She monitors consistency of the actual spending and the economic performance and if necessary, makes the corrective action


Key Competences:

  • Proven leadership skills, can inspire an organization and lead people to directly or indirectly to deliver big bets to create revenue growth for the business
  • Strong Initiative - Demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset – an ability to think independently, build a plan and make it happen
  • A strategic thinker with 5 years + full funnel marketing experience – building strategy, campaigns and strategic innovation big bets
  • Deep interest and understanding of consumer, generating consumer insights and translating them into concrete actions and initiatives.
  • A proven team player demonstrates working collaboratively, effective negotiation, constructive challenge, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships both internally & externally.


Required:

  • Strong marketing background & experience: 5+ years worked with brands, led innovation projects
  • Cross country & cultural team experience is an advantage
  • Cross-functional Team Management experience
  • Experience working with agencies: creative, design, media
  • Good understanding of Project Financials, P&L
  • Strong Project management experience
  • Excellent command of English is mandatory
