The main purpose is to execute warehouse operations / administrative functions, coordinate the inbound/ outbound flow within ADA warehouses and provide service to the customer in the best way within given time frames.

Contributing to a smooth logistic administrative process, company quality standards and highest satisfaction of customer. The Storekeeper performs duties to support shipping, receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and managing storage facilities


Key Responsibilities :

  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles this with the purchase order, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Prioritizes activities in accordance with daily work schedules and assigns the responsibilities to individual staff to meet performance targets and deadlines as required.
  • Manages all documentation, storage, and transportation of hazardous materials.
  • Responsible for the safety, preservation, and care of all stock items under his control.
  • Responsible for all database transactions in the ERP system related to the receipt, issuance, and distribution of materials.
  • Assists end-users with ordering of stock items and correct utilization of ERP inventory system.
  • Ensure the timely update of inventory transactions to ensure 100% accurate data at all times.
  • Responsible for the updating of stock/bin cards as required.
  • Ensure that material is handled, preserved, and stored in accordance with manufacturer’s storage procedures and requirements.
  • Maintain standards of the highest quality and compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Ensure highest quality standards are met to exceed clients’ QA requirements and maintain EHS requirements.
  • Ensure storage/ office environment is maintained in an organized, neat, and clean manner.
  • Responsible for the secure storage and maintenance of stock items and other materials stored under custody of the stores.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP preferably Oracle.
  • Should be proficient in warehouse operations.
  • LMV License- Preferably manual
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, customer, and service oriented, ability to work in a team, good negotiation skills.
  • 05 years of experience in the related field.
