About the Client: 

An upcoming educational institution by a well-known school group in UAE.

Job Description: 

- Develop and implement strategic operational plans, oversee daily operations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while collaborating with executive leadership.

- Manage the design, construction, and delivery of new school builds, ensuring all necessary compliances, approvals, and licenses are obtained on time.

- Develop and audit school operational policies, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and keep all trade licenses and contracts up to date.

- Oversee facility maintenance, transportation logistics, and accommodations, ensuring all are compliant, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

- Lead technology integration for operational efficiency, manage procurement contracts, and oversee the logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Open to Asian, Arabic, and Western nationalities

- 55 years old and below

- Must have a Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

- Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience, with 5 years experience in a leadership role in Education sector. 

- Masters or relevant certificate is highly desirable.
