  • Handle the signing of contracts with all developments in the UAE
  • Manage the process of creating documents, including drafting, formatting, and editing
  • Perform scanning, printing, and document signing
  • Handle basic administrative responsibilities such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the real estate team


Requirements

  • Proven experience working with a real estate company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
