Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can take the reins and ensure that our operations run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Traffic Control: You’ll prioritize and manage on-site traffic control activities to keep our site flowing smoothly. Your knowledge of UAE traffic rules will be invaluable in ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Logistics Management: You’ll coordinate with multiple stakeholders—suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel—ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered on time and in the right place.
- Problem Solving: When logistical challenges arise, you’ll step in with effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues swiftly, minimizing disruptions to the project.
- Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate timely reports on all logistics activities, providing transparency and supporting smooth project progress.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all logistics activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols, contributing to a safe working environment for everyone on-site.
Qualifications:
- Education: School Final or Higher Secondary Passed.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in logistics control, preferably within the construction sector.
- Languages: Strong command of English, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic tools. Familiarity with construction site logistics and safety protocols is a must.
- License: Holds a valid UAE driving license and is well-versed in local traffic regulations.
- Leadership & Supervision: Demonstrated supervisory experience, with the ability to lead a team and foster collaboration across all levels.
- Time Management & Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability: You’re flexible, thrive under pressure, and can seamlessly adapt to changing circumstances and challenges.
