A Hostess/Promoter in Billionaire
As a Hostess/Promoter, you'll be the face of our brand by welcoming guests, managing reservations, and promoting the venue to attract high-end clientele. Your role includes creating a lively atmosphere, supporting operations, maintaining service standards, and acting as a brand ambassador for Majestas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our brand, creating an unforgettable first impression by warmly welcoming every guest and ensuring a vibrant, inviting atmosphere.
- Engage and connect with guests throughout their visit, ensuring they have an exceptional and memorable experience from start to finish.
- Promote our exclusive events, dining experiences, and shows through direct interaction, social media, and networking, becoming a key ambassador for our venue.
- Boost guest participation in our lively ambiance and activities, encouraging social engagement and making every visit a celebration.
- Drive sales and bookings by creatively upselling and cross-selling, all while maintaining the high perceived value of our luxury offerings.
- Collaborate with our team to seamlessly manage seating arrangements and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Assist in coordinating and hosting special events, showcasing our brand's luxury image and creating buzz around our venues.
