Job description


We are looking for a proactive, well-organized person to work as an administrative assistant clerk on our team. In order to maintain the efficient operation of the company, the Administrative Assistant Clerk will be a vital member of our administrative team, helping with a variety of clerical and administrative duties and support to different company workstream. Strong organizational and ability to multi-tasks, meticulousness, and familiarity with office software and communication tools are requirements for the perfect candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Manage various office supplies, ensuring they are stocked and readily available.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Provides customer care service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,400.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer Care: 2 years (Required)
  • Administrative: 2 years (Required)

Requirements:

  • College Graduate or Equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • With 2-5 Yeaars UAE Experience
  • Fluent in English Written and Oral Communication
