HR Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Help manage employee records, including onboarding documents, contracts, and personal information.
  • Support the HR department with tasks such as updating internal databases, tracking leave and attendance, and preparing HR reports.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle general HR-related inquiries from employees and provide timely assistance.
  • Help with payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
