Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Help manage employee records, including onboarding documents, contracts, and personal information.
- Support the HR department with tasks such as updating internal databases, tracking leave and attendance, and preparing HR reports.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Handle general HR-related inquiries from employees and provide timely assistance.
- Help with payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
