Procurement Contract Review and Supplier Management

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Responsibilities

Contract Review and Negotiation: Extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex procurement contracts and agreements.

Expertise in identifying and addressing potential risks and liabilities within contract terms.

Proficiency in managing contract amendments, renewals, and extensions.

Ability to ensure contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Strong skills in dispute resolution and contract enforcement.

Supplier Management: Proven experience in managing and optimizing supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution. Ability to negotiate terms and manage supplier contracts effectively.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to procurement policies, regulations, and industry standards
