Job Description:
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Fit-Out Company which operates in a luxury brand retail in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking a Procurement Leader who will oversee and optimize the procurement process within a fast-paced luxury retail and contracting environment. Key responsibilities include managing purchase requisitions, floating inquiries and RFQs, negotiating favourable terms with suppliers, and coordinating timely deliveries. This role requires effective collaboration with the finance department to prevent delays in payments, as well as maintaining accurate supplier records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review requisitions and send out inquiries/RFQs to suppliers.
- Analyse, negotiate, and present supplier proposals for management approval.
- Negotiate prices and lead times to ensure project targets are met.
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with inventory to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate, real-time data entry in the ERP system and update supplier records.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure timely supplier payments.
- Handle general procurement and petty cash purchases.
- Monitor and manage POs, deliveries, and documentation through to completion.
- Identify opportunities for discounts and better payment terms through effective supplier communication.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license.
