Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRICS Valuations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of property valuation methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and market trends. Responsibilities
- Client Satisfaction: Prioritize client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and meeting deadlines.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business plans, strategies, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
- Client Representation: Effectively represent clients in negotiations, valuations tribunals, and other relevant proceedings.
- Turnaround Time: Deliver valuations within the shortest possible turnaround time without compromising quality.
- Valuation Accuracy: Conduct precise and accurate valuations using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
- Customer Service: Provide the highest quality customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Data and Information Management: Efficiently manage and control data and information related to valuations.
- Technology Advancement: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in the valuation industry and leverage them to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- MRICS Valuations Pathway: Completion of the MRICS Valuations Pathway (essential)
- Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Business Acumen: Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting valuations of residential properties, including land, apartments, villas, and building compounds.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess property values accurately.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
