Fix Masters Maintenance Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for maintenance projects, analyzing project requirements, and contributing to the overall planning and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for maintenance projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and other related expenses.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project details and resolve any discrepancies.
• Use estimation software and industry knowledge to calculate and present comprehensive cost estimates.
• Evaluate and compare bids from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project specifications.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure project profitability and success.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and supporting documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and regulatory changes to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer or similar role in the maintenance or construction industry.
• Must be aware about the Dubai Communities.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating techniques, construction processes, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
