Job Description :
- Tele marketing
- Generating leads and fix appointments for sales team
- Customer support service
- Handling petty cash
- Payment follow up
- Liaising with shipping company to book the consignment
- Liaise with overseas supplier to get the shipment on time
- Courier booking
- Completing the vendor registration process
- Checking emails on daily basis & respond on timely manner
- Co-ordinate with existing customers
- Liaise with HR team for visa renewal and visa application
