Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant at KHK & Partners Ltd in Dubai. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, maintaining communication, and assisting with executive administrative tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Clerical skills
- Organization and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
