Job Description:
- Overhaul, improve and maintain the standard reports and image libraries
- Lead the report delivery across the buildings business
- Carry out the preparation of reports with technical input from the technical teams
- Act as a project resource, completing allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe and quality objectives and meeting or exceeding client
- expectations.
- Liaise with Project Managers/Team leaders and clients to ensure effective communication on project matters.
- Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution.
Qualifications, Skills and Prior Work Experience:
- Expert user of Indesign
- Expert user of Microsoft Word to create standard image libraries and links into documents
- Experience of using sharepoint and document control platforms such as Aconex
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Must have experience working on fast-track projects, whilst ensuring all works are compliant with the company’s and project’s health, safety and
- environments objectives.
- Must have good time management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have at least 6 years’ experience working in a similar role on building projects.
- The ideal candidate holds an Academic or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
