Description
Define and lead the strategic direction of AI initiatives across the government, aligning with national priorities.Establish responsible AI governance frameworks, build partnerships with key stakeholders, and drive the development of an AI ecosystem.Oversee the development and implementation of foundational AI capabilities, platforms, and toolkits.Monitor and support change management efforts, assessing the impact of AI initiatives, and developing frameworks to measure value realisation.


Profile
Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 12 years of leadership experience in AI, technology, or digital.Prior experience working closely with government entities is highly desirable.Proven track record of managing large-scale AI or technology programs with successful outcomes.Experience in fostering partnerships and collaborations with diverse stakeholders.Ability to effectively manage change and support AI adoption.Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs to assess the value and effectiveness of AI initiatives.
