- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual static and dynamic content for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, marketing collateral, product packaging, online and offline campaigns.
- Basic video skills required to edit corporate and social media videos
- Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into impactful design solutions that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Select and work with suppliers/third parties for production of marketing & events collaterals across all our locations
- Review and provide feedback on designs produced by other team members to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Support the creation and execution of multimedia content, including video graphics and animations, to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
- Support Marketing Manager with all needed marketing & event collaterals, newsletter design etc.
- Support the Marketing Manager with the selection of branding and video production third parties where needed.
- Work with other departments to get content and information to create proper content
- Work closely with Digital team to plan visuals for campaigns across all channels
Skills
Creative content creation skills
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field
Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software is a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles, with an emphasis on digital and print design
Excellent visual and typographic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in manufacturing, B2B organization is a plus
