We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, resource management, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and more. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. 


Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  2. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems to track employee progress and development.
  3. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and professionally.
  4. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. Manage employee benefits programs and provide support to employees with benefit inquiries.
  5. Compliance and Legal: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
  6. Administration and Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, preparing reports, and managing HR-related correspondence.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRM and Microsoft Office softwares.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
