  • Managing and maintaining the director’s calendar.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records for department and director.
  • Coordination of meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations, managing department page updates, coordinating monthly reporting & managing project action plans.
  • Arrange on and off site meetings, events & appointments.
  • Ensure that the director is informed of priorities, deadlines and challenges.
  • Assist the director in tracking key operational metrics, by organizing and compiling data, researching facts, and coordinating information retrieval.
  • Complete accurate and detailed reporting as requested by the director.
  • Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies and procedures and executive action.
  • Analyze problems and determine an approach.
  • Assist with administrative work as needed including obtaining signatures, scanning and electronic filing.
  • Conduct assigned tasks by the director such as training, event planning and communication.
  • Manage and publish department newsletters.
  • Track internal and external contacts and maintain contact database for the director.
  • Utilize efficient time management with the nuances of complex administrative assistance at the executive level.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of team and company information.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Prior administration skills are required - filing and organizing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PPT & Excel - advanced level Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
