What you will do:
Aligning the Digitisation Road map/backlog
• Develop a funnel of future digitisation ideas to set-up and commercialise for the aftersales part of Automotive business
• Own the strategic direction of digitisation in the aftersales division
• Engage with the internal and external technology experts to determine the best implementation methods and guide them to deliver the most valuable outcomes possible
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the roadmap and corresponding go-to-market strategies
• Be the single point of escalation for the business to EIT
Manage Aftersales Systems, feature and Enhancement
• Manage a team who is responsible for the creation and alignment of all Aftersales Systems
• Collaborate with the EIT Team’s to ensure the group Aftersales Architecture is aligned
• Utilise both in team and central training teams to ensure systems are being utilised and fulfilling designed purpose.
• Product manage all Aftersales digital projects to ensure the correct use business benefits are achieved from projects.
Program management
• Manage the on demand teams each with their own product manager, Scrum master and Cross functional teams to ensure the successful completion of all Aftersales projects
• Manage all Aftersales POD initiatives, RFC and Projects normally there are anywhere between 150 – 250 project in the backlog which need to be prioritised managed and completed.
• Participate in a variety of projects, groups and committees.

Skills
Required skills to be successful:
• Proven ability in building new, disruptive products/services and taking these to market establishing product market fit. (Start-up experience highly advantageous but not essential)
• Experience of working with multiple parties and a variety of services, with proven ability in negotiations, preferably with AGILE or other Project management qualification
• Solid business acumen, with the ability to identify the requirement to deliver the product/service and equally adept at solving complex problems and influencing teams and management to deliver them
• Experience in communicating data to all organizational levels
About the team:
The role reports to the General Manager, manage a team and will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
What equips you for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum. Specialism in Project management/ Computer Science/business management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex systems projects.
• Experience in E-commerce Projects.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry ideally aftersales.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of some Data Analytics and Reporting Tools like Tableau, BIW, SAS or SAP Business Objects
