Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Manage and attend to guests’ needs and requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the hotel's services, facilities, and local area.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a butler or in a similar hospitality role in the UAE.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
