Job Summary: As a Recruitment Executive at Driven Properties, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various roles within the organization. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
Candidate Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaboration with Department Heads:
- Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and preferences
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges
- Assist in creating job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role
Interviewing and Assessment:
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant team members and stakeholders
- Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments, if applicable
Onboarding and Integration:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary training materials
- Follow up with new employees to ensure successful integration and address any concerns
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Represent Driven Properties at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities
- Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits to prospective candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
