Ø Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

Ø Help the CEO in planning his day by managing the daily schedule and the weekly/monthly calendar and arranging meetings/travel.

Ø Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.

Ø Assist in the timely management of all communication, both written and via telephone, email.

Ø Arrange for meetings, secure its location, and prepare any materials needed for the meeting.

Ø Attend meetings to record minutes, and make sure the CEO is well prepared for the meetings by providing all the necessary documents.

Ø Organize and maintain diaries and liaising with stuff and managers to make appointments for the CEO.

Ø Maintain data management and both electronic and paper files.

Ø Use initiative to handle a wide variety of administrative support duties.

Ø Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.

Ø Ensure execution of decisions deputed by CEO.

Must have skills
