Job Description:

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, draft, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents in English.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication and maintain organized records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Arabic nationals
  • Female, 35 years old and below
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is added advantage
  • Candidates who can join immediately are prioritized
