We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Support Assistant who speaks Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company customer database, following up with customer feedback, assisting with transactions, and providing front office and sales support.


Responsibilities/Duties

  • Maintain the company customer database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Follow up on post-surveys and gather feedback from customers.
  • Assist with order transactions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the sales team in various administrative tasks.
  • Provide front office support to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with product packaging and ensure orders are correctly prepared.
  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and helpful communication.
  • Face to face customer management and online customer management


Job Requirements/Qualifications

B.Sc or Professional equivalent in the related position

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales assistance is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of product packaging and order processing.


Arabic Speaker is a must
