Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage piling and foundation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project specifications and deadlines.
• Supervise site operations, including installation of piles, foundation structures, and all related civil engineering tasks.
• Conduct site inspections, supervise on-site engineers, and ensure that work complies with safety regulations, engineering standards, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of piling and foundation works.
• Prepare, review, and approve designs, plans, and project documentation.
• Ensure the timely and efficient procurement of materials required for piling and foundation works.
• Conduct quality control checks and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and on-site workers.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and resource management for projects.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in piling and foundation projects, preferably within the UAE.
• UAE-based candidates are required.
• Strong knowledge of piling techniques, foundation systems, and geotechnical engineering.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring the efficient delivery of foundation and piling work.
• Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and safety practices in construction.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geotechnical reports.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and other related tools.
