Job Description

  • Assist with daily activities and travel arrangements

  • Schedule appointments, maintain and update appointment calendar

  • Organize meetings / planning and implementation logistics

  • Screen enquiries and liaise with internal and external people in all communication formats

  • Carry out background research and present findings into subjects or topics assigned

  • File and maintain records

  • Assist the Finance, HR & Administration departments whenever required
