Responsibilities:

  • Manage, implement, and maintain companies Performance Management System to ensure deployment across companies with consistency and objectivity
  • Monitor and follow up with all department heads and appraising managers to ensure timely completion and finalisation of monthly, bi-annual and annual performance appraisals
  • Ensure companies compliance with all federal and local Emiratisation directives and regulations related to recruitment, development and benefits
  • Communicate any changes in the policy document in relation to additions, deletions and other significant changes to all department heads, managers and employees.
  • Be the point of contact for Department Heads and Line Managers on all issues relating to outsourced employees.


Skills

Preference:

  • 8+ Years of similar experience preferred
  • 3 years in an HR role responsible for performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, preferably in a bank or financial institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Studies or equivalent
