Position Overview:

The Leasing Executive is responsible for managing leasing activities, ensuring maximum occupancy rates, and meeting financial objectives for the company’s real estate portfolio. This role involves actively sourcing new tenants, maintaining relationships with existing tenants, and ensuring that all leasing procedures are followed according to company policies and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Acquisition & Retention:
  • Identify and attract prospective tenants through networking, marketing, and outreach activities.
  • Conduct site tours for prospective tenants, providing detailed information about the properties.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring lease renewals.
  • Lease Management:
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing procedures and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with the legal department to resolve any tenant disputes or legal matters.
  • Maintain accurate lease records, including critical dates and payment schedules.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand local leasing trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Recommend leasing strategies based on market conditions to enhance occupancy and rental income.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of leased properties.
  • Financial Management:
  • Achieve leasing targets to meet the company’s revenue and profitability goals.
  • Monitor rental payments and collaborate with finance for rent collection and adjustments.
  • Prepare regular leasing reports, highlighting performance metrics and key occupancy statistics.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure that all leased properties are well-maintained.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies to attract tenants.
  • Coordinate with facility management for tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.
