**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage communications, including answering phones, emails, and handling company correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for executives and team members.
- Prepare and manage reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Handle office supply management, ordering, and inventory tracking.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain a filing system for physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth workflow.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and tidy.
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and other basic financial tasks under the direction of management.
- Provide additional support as needed by other departments.
Skills
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
