We are seeking a Fresh Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about customer service and want to kick-start their career in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products or services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Meet daily call targets and quality performance metrics
Requirements:

Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in any field
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software is a plus
